Here are some of the key areas we’re looking forward to in the year ahead.
The BooPrint for Happiness
One of the most anticipated highlights of 2025 is the launch of our BooPrint for Happiness. This transformative framework will provide managers with practical tools and strategies to create happier, healthier, and more equal workplaces. The BooPrint is designed to empower leaders to cultivate environments where individuals and teams can thrive, driving both personal and organisational success. We are launching in March and cannot wait to share our tips and ideas for a happier and healthier workplace!
Expanding CMI Qualifications
Our work as a CMI-approved centre continues to grow, and in 2025 we’re thrilled to introduce new qualifications in Team Coaching and Coaching Supervision. These programmes will offer cutting-edge insights and practices, equipping leaders and coaches with the skills needed to foster high-performing, cohesive teams and to support the development of fellow coaches. These qualifications reflect our commitment to advancing the coaching profession and delivering real-world impact. We are also taking the content and creating an accessible range of modules and practical sessions for those who aren’t looking for the accreditation – something for everyone!
Strategy Development for the Charity Sector
We are proud to continue our work in strategy development within the charity sector. Building on our successful partnership with Bolton Wanderers in the Community, (where we are creating what will become the best charity strategy in the English Football League) we are expanding our support to help more organisations define and achieve their strategic goals. By aligning purpose with actionable plans, we aim to strengthen the social impact of these vital organisations.
Impact Mapping with Backup North West
In 2025, we will also embark on an exciting impact mapping project with Backup North West. This initiative will focus on capturing and illustrating the profound difference their work makes in the lives of vulnerable young people. By providing a clear and compelling narrative of their impact, we hope to enhance their ability to secure support, funding, and partnerships for the future.
Expanding Caring For Your Teams Programmes
Wellbeing remains at the heart of our work, and in 2025 we will deliver more of our successful Caring For Your Teams programmes across new sectors, including construction, law, and retail. While expanding into these industries, we will also continue our impactful work with NHS customers, helping teams thrive in challenging and dynamic environments. These programmes underscore our commitment to creating supportive and sustainable workplace cultures.
