What is involved?
- Completion of 2 work based assingments
- Attendance on 5 day taught programme over 3 x workshops over 6 months
- Attend 1 x coaching session with lead facilitator
- Complete 1:1 Coaching SignaturesTM assessment tool
- Complete and record 40 hours of coaching and/or mentoring and provide reflective accounts to support coaching logs using our innovative CPDme appuild
