This post has two aims…
Share some useful wellbeing resources and raise the profile of small businesses that we work with in the hope you might send some love their way in this incredibly scary time.
So here is the wellbeing stuff…
There is no need for me to bang on about how hard it is at the moment – I know you know!
Instead I simply wanted to pull together some helpful resources that might make a difference to you and your loved ones…
1. Here is a great webinar that our lovely Helen recorded last year which is all about wellbeing and introduces the themes we explore in our sessions on Caring For Yourself – simply register your email address and it will take you straight to the webinar.
2. Action for happiness is a particularly great website they have also just published the coping calendar to help us get through this crisis.
3. The Mental Health Foundation has some excellent resources on their website if you are feeling the anxiety levels creeping up.

In addition to the wellbeing links I thought I would share links to all the amazing small businesses that supply us with awesome products and services.
Now is the time that small businesses really could do with your help so here are as many I can think of right now who help us to help our customers.
If I miss you off it is because my sleep deprived brain isn’t performing at its best so just tell me and I will add you to this post 🙂 The irony is not lost on me that I am posting about wellbeing whilst not at my finest.
