Are you looking for Coaching Supervision with some CPD thrown in for good measure? Then look no further than our new Coaching Supervision Package.
You know that at Boo we love to be able to offer what people tell us they need. We’ve had lots of requests for coaching supervision so we thought we would create something that fits the bill in an accessible way whilst still providing you with the warmth, creativeness and Boo style that people have come to expect from us.
The Global Code of Ethics suggests that a coach should have regular coaching supervision and take space to reflect and develop as a coach as well as accessing coaching CPD. The EMCC recommends that a coach have one hour of supervision for every thirty-five coaching hours, and a minimum of four supervision hours per year. This increases to eight hours if you are delivering a combination of coaching, mentoring, team coaching, supervision and/or organisational development interventions
Our new coaching package includes:
- Small groups up to a maximum of 6 coaches
- 4 x 2 hour group coaching sessions spread across 12 months
- 2 x 1 hour CPD webinars of your choice from our Coaching CPD menu
- Coaching Signatures profile and 1:1 to help you explore your coaching style and understand how to be flexible to what your clients need
- Boo Reflections Notebook
Our first supervision group begins on 16th 2024 July and has a great introductory offer price of £600 including VAT for the full 12 months.
