Cath shares her reflections on Year 1 with Team Boo…

It’s really wonderful to be celebrating a year as part of Team Boo and I’ve taken a bit of time to reflect on the journey over these last 12 months. 

After my first month I shared a post, here on Linkedin about how my values of belonging, listening, trust and learning felt deeply nourished. 

I’m delighted to say that it wasn’t just a honeymoon period and I’ve learnt that Boo do exactly what they say they do; create healthy and happy workplaces, where values are nourished and you’re supported to stretch and grow.

My first year with Team Boo has been a nourishing journey from leisurely settling in, deep learning and comfortable stretch where I’ve been able to flourish in my role. 

I’ve really appreciated joining an organisation where my gifts and skills are recognised and I’m supported to be the best version of myself, not only in my work role but also intentionally paying attention to my wellbeing, living our values through role modelling self-care and ensuring that wellbeing underpins all we do.
