Introducing a New Member of Team Boo! Welcome Patti.
We’ve got a new face on the team! Patti is joining as our in-house Organisational Psychologist.
She brings 8 years of experience of consulting within the public sector from Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation service to the NHS. Her specialities have included assessment design and evaluation, employee engagement and wellbeing. Patti believes that everyone should have access to a fulfilling and positive working environment and works with individuals, teams and organisations to foster an engaging and positive culture. Patti will be facilitating and developing our wellbeing, coaching and leadership development programmes and aims to provide our customers with a safe space to learn and develop. Outside of work, Patti is a cat mum to Tigerlily and enjoys making candles, painting and forest bathing in the peak district.

When I learned about the social value they give back I wanted to shout about Boo and promote the work they do to not only help people at work but also their community. Coming from a business psychology background, my main aim of my career is to help people to feel satisfied and driven at work and to be able to do this, as well as giving back to the community grabbed my attention. When the opportunity to interview for Boo came up I was excited, driven and determined to work for an organisation that so clearly embodies the values that I hold close.”
Right now I feel like a child at Christmas, seeing all of the opportunities in front of me, the excitement to be part of something more than work, and to be able to help others to achieve their goals is giving me a strong purpose that I can’t wait to dive into!
