Exciting News! (We are Award Finalists…and it’s a big one)
2026 will be our 8th year of partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) – a globally respected name in leadership and management development, known for setting high standards and championing great practice across the profession. We share the same belief that learning should be practical and genuinely impactful and that qualifications should make a difference in the real world, not just on paper.
This is why It means a so much to us to be finalists for the CMI partnership awards – because we know the rigorous standards we’re being held to. We’ve been shortlisted because they’ve recognised our

Which, we must admit, is a pleasing way to start the year.

What’s special about the CMI programme and what’s unique about the way we deliver it?
Here’s Karen, our associate Boo who delivers our level 5 and level 7 CMI qualifications:
