Mentally Healthy Workplaces for All
Mentally Healthy Workplaces for All

Team Boo support organisations to be healthy and happy through wellbeing, leadership, and coaching initiatives. A big part of this is having conversations about mental health which are direct, kind and free of stigma.

We believe in mentally healthy workplaces for all. The “for all” part is what we’re focusing on this #WorldMentalHealthDay, as the theme for 2023 is ‘Mental health is a universal human right’
We recognise that some of the toughest working environments can be the hardest within which to integrate practises and policies that optimise mental health and wellbeing. We understand that the specifics of what this looks like may differ across industries and across teams. However, the underlying concepts that support good mental health such as kindness, inclusion and protection from risk, can and should be there.
Mental health is a basic human right for all people. Everyone, whoever and wherever they are, has a right to the highest attainable standard of mental health. This includes the right to be protected from mental health risks, the right to available, accessible, acceptable, and good quality care, and the right to liberty, independence and inclusion in the community.” – The World Health Organisation
