An update on all things Boo!
I launched Boo Coaching and Consulting in 2012 after a successful career enabling people to be the best they could be through coaching and mentoring in the NHS. My desire was simply to coach others and bring coaching to organisations in a sustainable and cost effective way. I remember the challenges of that first year, trying to be a good parent to my 2-year-old daughter Lily, attempting to be present for my partner and friends, learning how to be a business owner and wondering where on earth my customers were going to come from! I am so grateful for those early challenges as they have really shaped my approach and enabled me to build my knowledge and resilience over the years, which has got us to this point in time.
It is a privilege to work with my caring and compassionate team and with all our amazing customers. The journey we have taken is really something and reflecting on our achievements always puts a smile on my face. Over the recent years we have achieved so many wonderful things including;
- Securing Investors In People Gold with Health and Wellbeing accreditation in 2016
- Becoming a Living Wage Employer
- Building our commitment to our glorious home-town of Bolton through maximising the Social Value we generate
With an expanding team, rapidly increasing customer numbers and a great reputation as a business who does things differently, we enter 2018 with a vision is to be a globally recognised business brand, inspiring leaders to be amazing. We will do this through enabling organisations to build healthy leadership cultures where all colleagues can thrive.
