Celebrating 7 years of Boo!
Today is our birthday!
We began life on 1st August 2012 as Boo Consulting and over the years have grown into the glorious business you know today. I launched the business because I simply wanted to coach people…it has become so much more than that.
Over the years I have experienced many challenges but have also experienced much more exciting stuff! I have made mistakes along the way, caused untold amounts of stress in my household (sorry Ady and Lily) and not really cared for myself as well as I could have. I have developed skills in business that weren’t there on day one and I still have lots to learn but what now exists is an amazing organisation that I am so very proud of.
We work with inspiring customers who are so willing to trust me and the team and who have taken risks on some of our more creative approaches – I am pleased to say that it is all paying off (thank goodness).
We have won shiny prizes and have been nominated for many more but what matters most is the impact we have on our customers and our community. We have created a magical place to work and I cannot thank Team Boo and all our inspiring network of customers, cheerleaders, friends and families enough for the love that is shared and the trust people have in Boo as a business.

- We run a beauty bank where we receive and distribute beauty products to those who need a treat
- We have given back on average 75 hours per year to our community
- We have delivered our learning and coaching programmes to approximately 4500 participants
- We became a CMI approved centre in 2018
