Finding Happiness in Your Every Day

Finding Happiness in Your Every Day

The 20th March is International Day of Happiness.

Wait, wait, it’s OK, we’re not going to start shouting things like “Don’t Worry Be happy!” or “Good vibes only!” Because when we’re happy these phrases resonate with us, and when we’re not in a good place they just grate, frankly.

Without dismissing your circumstances or invalidating your feelings, we’d like to explore the idea of finding happiness in your everyday life.

The good news is that happiness is something that you can learn, something that you can work at – actually, it’s something you have to work at.

It’s a cliché, but happiness is not something that happens to you. Often it’s about how you frame the world around you, without actually changing a thing about it.

This is sort of cheating, but as this is ground we cover a lot, rather than re-writing it all here we thought we’d share some links to things we’ve already shared before. You can pick one or two that sound interesting to you.
